dc.description.abstract Kartini. 2021. The Effect of Good Governance Implementation, Work Environment, and Motivation on Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Makassar City, guided by Saban Echdar and Hari. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing good governance, work environment, and motivation on performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City. This research approach is a survey approach with quantitative methods. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City as many as 50 people, and the sample in this study were 40 employees who were selected by purposive sampling method. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis, using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study prove that the variables of good governance, work environment and motivation on performance have a positive and significant effect on performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Makassar City. en_US
