This study aims to (1) find out and analyze the effect of recruitment, placement, and role conflict partially and simultaneusly towerd employee performance at the Culture and Tourism Office in Majene Regency (2) knowing the most dominant variabel effecting employee performance.
The design of this study used a survey study that took a smple form one pupulation and used a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the culture and Tourism Office in Majene Regency in October to November 2019. The population in the study was all employees (ASN) at the culture and Tourism Office in Majene Regency with 52 people plus volunteers (honorary) with 26 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling method where each member of the population had the same opportunity to be chosen as a total sample of 48 respondents. data analysis used multiple regression analysis.
The results show that (1) there is an effect between recruitment and placement toward employee performance, while role conflict does not effect employee performance. Simultaneously recruitment, placement, and workplace conflict employee performance (2) recruitment is the most dominant variable effecting employee performance at the Culture and Tourism Office in Majene Regency.
