The Effect of Employee Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Joint Office of Enrekang Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Anshar Daud. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of employee motivation, job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance at the Joint Office of Enrekang Regency. This study approach used survey research conducted at the Joint Office of Enrekang Regency in January 2021. The study population was all employees at the Joint Office of Enrekang Regency, amounting to 158 people. Determination of the sample of respondents used in this study is through non-probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The number of samples used is at least 5 (five) times the total number of research indicators to be analyzed. In this study, there are 14 indicators used, so the sample size must meet the minimum value, namely 5 X 14 = 70 samples. In this study, researchers took a sample of 70 samples. The results show that (1) employee motivation partially has no effect while job satisfaction and employee commitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Joint Office of Enrekang Regency with Employee Motivation variable (X1) tcount 0.022 <ttable 1.996, Job Satisfaction variable (X2) tcount5, 203> ttable 1.996, and Employee Commitment variable (X3) tcount 2, 384> ttable 1.996 (2) Employee Motivation (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Employee Commitment (X3) simultaneously affects Employee Performance (Y) at the Joint Office of Enrekang Regency Office according to the results of data processing which shows that F counts 29,331> F table value of 2.74 (α = 5 percent, df1 = 3 and df2 = 66), with The significance level is 0.000 <0.05 (3) Job Satisfaction is the variable that most influences the Employee Performance at the Joint District Offices. en_US
