dc.description.abstract Mansyur. 2020. The Effect of Training, Compensation, and Motivation toward the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Bacukiki District, Parepare City, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training, compensation, and motivation toward the teacher performance at Public Elementary Schools in Bacukiki District, Parepare City. This study was conducted at Public Elementary Schools in Bacukiki District, Parepare City with a total population of 97 respondents. The independent variable was training, compensation, and teacher work motivation, while the dependent variable was a teacher performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study show that training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and motivation hasa positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Training, compensation and motivation have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance. The most dominant variable affects teacher performance at public elementary school in Bacukiki District of Parepare city which is compensation (X2) en_US
