Masjaya. 2020. The Influence of transactional leadership, motivation and work ethics on the performance of employees in The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency (supervised by Saban Echdar and Fatmasari).
The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transactional leadership, motivation and work ethic partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in The One-Stop Investment And Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency.
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency. The time of the research is October to November 2019. This research uses a survey method. The population in this research were 56 employees of The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency. Sampling in this research used a saturated sampling technique (census) which mean all populations in this research were sampled. The sample that used in this research was 56 people. Data analysis that used was Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there were positive and significant effects of transactional leadership, motivation and work ethic partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency, as well as work ethic was the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at The One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Department of Majene Regency. |
