This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variables affecting the Employee Performance of the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency. When the research was carried out starting in January 2021. The study population was all employees and honorary offices of the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency, totaling 154 people. The results show that: 1) There is a partially positive and significant influence of competence on the performance of the employees at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 2) There is a positive and significant influence partially on motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 3) There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment. partially on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance of the employees of the Majene Regency Regional Secretariat office 5) The most dominant motivation influences the performance of the employees of the Majene Regency Regional Secretariat office en_US
