dc.description.abstract Musdalifah. 2020. The Effect of Motivation, Discipline, Leadership and Individual Characteristics toward the Employee Performance at the Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency in Majene Regency, supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Maryadi. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of motivation, discipline, leadership, and individual characteristics partially and simultaneously toward the employee performance (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Personnel and Resource Empowerment and Human Resources Agency of Majene Regency. This type of study is a quantitative with correlational analysis techniques as a survey method to determine between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study was conducted at the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency on October to November 2019. The population in this study were all employees at the Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency as 52 people. The sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely taking the entire of 52 employees as the population. Data analysis was using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) motivation, discipline, leadership, and individual characteristics partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward the employee performance (2) leadership is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Personnel Board and Empowerment of Human Resources Agency in Majene Regency. en_US
