dc.description.abstract Nahirah. 2020. The Effect of Competence, Motivation, Infrastructure, and School Climate toward Teacher Performance at High School 2 Majene, supervised by H. Mashur Razak and Syamsul Alam. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation, infrastructure, and school climate toward teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Majene. The variables in this study were competence, motivation, infrastructure, and school climate and teacher performance (Y) as measured by Likert scale. The population in this study were all teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Majene with 60 people. This study used a saturated sample with data validity analysis technique and statistical data analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) found the equation Ŷ = -4.915 + 0.608 + 0.590X2 + 0.445X3 + 0.309X4, this states that each addition of one value of competence, motivation, infrastructure, and school climate increases the teacher's performance by the value of each variable. The t-test results obtained are sig. the competence of the teacher's performance is 0.02 α α = 0.05, the sig value of motivation to the teacher's performance is 0.01 ≤ α = 0.05 the value of sig. the competence of teacher performance is 0.03 α = 0.05 and the coefficient of determination results is 79.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The results of this study indicate that competency, motivation, infrastructure, and school climate partially or simultaneously significantly affect teacher performance in SMA Negeri 2 Majene. Besides, competence has a dominant effect on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 2 Majene compared to the motivation variable, so the hypothesis is accepted. en_US
