dc.description.abstract Nurhaedah. 2020. The Effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Human Resources Development (HR) toward the Civil Servant Employee (ASN) Performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Pinrang Regency, supervised by H. Mashur Razak and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and human resource development partially toward the employee of ASN performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (2) the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and human resource development simultaneously toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat office of Pinrang Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat office of Pinrang Regency. This study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat Office of Pinrang Regency. Determination of the sample using simple random proportional technique using the Slovin formula, as many as 151 employees. The data collection methods used were a questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used was a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially indicate that the leadership style variable has an effect toward the employee performance. This shows that the better the application of the leadership style, the more it will improve the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (2) partially shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect toward the employee performance. This shows that the higher the motivation for the organization, the more employee performance will be improved at the Pinrang District Secretariat (3) partially showing that the HR development variable has an effect toward the employee performance, this shows that the higher the HR development, the more employee performance will be improved at The Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (4) simultaneously shows that the variables of leadership style (X1), motivation (X2) and HR development (X3) have an effect toward the employee performance (Y) which means that increased leadership style, motivation, and HR development will affect the improvement the employee performance of the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency is 85.9%. en_US
