dc.description.abstract Nurmaya. 2020. The Effect of Work Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Barru District Disaster Management Agency, supervised by H. Mashur Razak and H. Muhammad Said. This study aims to examine the effect of Work Discipline (X1), Competence (X2), and Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). The object of this research is the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Barru Regency. This study uses quantitative methods, the analytical tools used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to 40 employees as respondents from the entire population of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Barru Regency. Sampling was based on the coenfidience sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing show that the accepted hypotheses are hypothesis H1, H2 and H3 where Work Discipline and Competence have a significant effect on employee performance, while motivation has no effect on performance. For Competency Discipline, Motivation simultaneously affects employee performance. en_US
