This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of asset inventory on the level of optimization of fixed assets owned by the municipal government of Parepare (2) the effect of legal audit on the level of optimization of fixed assets owned by the City of Parepare (3) the effect of assessment on the level of optimization of fixed assets owned by the government. Kota Parepare (4) the effect between supervision and control on the level of optimization of fixed assets belonging to the government of Parepare City.
The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between asset inventory on the level of optimality of fixed assets (land and buildings) belonging to the Parepare City government (2) a negative and insignificant effect between legal audit on the optimal level of fixed assets (land and building) owned by the Parepare City government (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the assessment of the optimal level of fixed assets (land and buildings) belonging to the Parepare city government (4) there is a positive and significant influence between supervision and control on the optimal level of fixed assets (land and buildings) belong to the government of Parepare City. This shows that the indicators of asset inventory, assessment and supervision as well as control directly affect the optimization of the Parepare City Government's assets while the indicators of legal audit do not affect it.
