Abstract:

The research aims to find out and analyze (1) the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Partial Motivation on Employee Performance (2) the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Simultaneous Motivation on Employee Performance (3) The most dominant variable affects the employee performance.
The selection of samples in this study is conducted using a stratified samplingmethod using the Slovin formula, with a sample of 64 employees. Data Analysis Using Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) partially, leadership style positively influenced employee performance with a value of 4,073, organizational culture positively influenced employee performance with a value of 2,555, and motivation positively influenced employee performance with a value of 6,944 (2) simultaneously leadership style, organizational culture and motivation positively and significantly affect employee performance with a
value of 18,575 (3) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the motivation variable with a beta value of 0.516.
