The Effect of Work Ability, Delegative Leadership, and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance of the Office of Industry, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Abdul Rahman Abdi. This study aims to test and explain (1) the effect of work ability, delegative leadership and organizational climate partially on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry, Kopersi and UKM in Kepulan Selayar Regency (2) the effect of work ability, delegative leadership and organizational climate simultaneously on employee performance. The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of Selayar Islands Regency. The study approach used was a quantitative approach that conducted at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and UKM, Selayar Islands Regency on october 2020. The number of respondents was 81 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is no partially significant and insignificant work ability on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is no significant effect of partially of Delegative leadership on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of organizational climate partially on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry, Cooperatives and SMEs of Selayar Islands Regency (4) there is a positive and significant effect on work ability, delegative leadership and organizational climate simultaneously toward the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of Selayar Islands Regency (5) organizational climate is the most dominant variable affects the performance of the employees of the Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of Selayar Islands Regency. en_US
