Analysis of Human Resource Development and Its Effect on Employee Performance in the Watang Sawitto District Office, Pinrang Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development (educational background, training, and work experience) on the performance of the employees of the Watang Sawitto District Office, Pinrang Regency. This research is a survey research type. This research was conducted at the District Office of Watang Sawitto, Pinrang Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months. The population in this study includes all employees of the District Office of Watang Sawitto, Pinrang Regency totaling 55 people. The sample was determined using the saturated sampling technique (census) where all the population was sampled as many as 55 employees of the Watang Sawitto District Office, Pinrang Regency. The power analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the development of human resources (educational background, training, and work experience) has an effect on the performance of the employees of the Watang Sawitto District Office, Pinrang Regency. en_US
