dc.description.abstract SAMSIR, 2021. The influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bantaeng district DPRD secretariat, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Djalante. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline and motivation partially and simultaneously, and the most dominant influence of the variables related to employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of Bantaeng district. This research uses survey research. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Bantaeng Regency DPRD. The study population was 66 people, the sample selection in this study was conducted using purposive sampling with the criteria of all State Civil Servants and Honorary staff who received incentives with a sample of 44 respondents in the DPRD Bantaeng Regency Secretariat.Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that (1). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of regression analysis with a significance level of 0.032 less than 0.05 and a t-count of 2.227 greater than t-table 2.021. (2). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of regression analysis with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 and a t-count of 9.745 greater than the t-table of 2.021. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of regression analysis with a significance level of 0.002 less than 0.05 and a t-count of 3.355, greater than the t-table of 2.021. (4) There was a simultaneous influence of leadership, work discipline and motivation on employee performance with the results of the F-count test 43,265 greater than the F-table 2.84 and the R-Square value of 0.747. (5) Work discipline was the most dominant factor on employee performance with a Beta-test value of 0.764 when compared to leadership of 0.174 and motivation of 0.264. en_US
