This research aims to analyze (1) the effect of Training and Development and Job Promotion on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable influencing the Employee Performance of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports in Majene Regency.
The research was conducted for 3 (three) months, namely September 2019 to November 2019. Types of qualitative and quantitative research because this study uses a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports in Majene Regency totaling 51 people. Sampling in research using Jensus sampling, all populations of 51 people into the study sample. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results showed (1) (X1) of 0.376 (37.6%), Job Promotion (X2) of 0.775 (77.5%) had a positive and partially significant effect. Simultaneously Training and Development and Job Promotion 0.624 (62.4%) (2) Job Promotion gives the most dominant influence on Employee Performance in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports in Majene Regency.
