Subriah. 2020. The Effect of Work Motivation, Leadership, and Work Discipline toward
the Staff’s Performance at the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service in
Majene Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Syamsul Alam.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work motivation, leadership,
and work discipline partially and simultaneously toward the staff’s performance at the
Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Majene Regency (2) the most
dominant variable affects the staff’s performance at the Office One Stop Investment and
Integrated Services in Majene Regency.
The study approach was a survey approach. The study was conducted at the One-stop
Investment and Integrated Services Office of Majene Regency from October to November
2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees
of the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Majene Regency, as
many as 56 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census)
in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were
56 people. Analysis of the data used was Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation,
leadership, and work discipline partially and simultaneously toward the staff’s performance at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Majene Regency (2) work motivation is the most dominant variable affects the staff’s performance at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services in Majene Regency. |
