dc.description.abstract Sudirman. 2020. The Influence of Work Discipline, Leadership Style, and Training on Employee Performance in the Makassar District Office, Makassar City Government (supervised by Mashur Razak and Salim S). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style, and training partially and simultaneously on the performance of the Makassar District Office employees, Makassar City Government as well as the most dominant variable on the performance of the Makassar District Government Office employees. This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. This research will be conducted on employees of the Makassar District Government Office of Makassar City. The research period was June to July 2020. The population in this study were 75 office employees in Makassar District, Makassar City Government consisting of 45 civil servants and 30 PTT people. Sampling in this study is saturated sampling (census), by determining all populations to be sampled as many as 75 office employees in Makassar District, Makassar City Government. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed that work discipline, leadership style, and training partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Makassar District Office of the Makassar City Government, as well as the most dominant work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Makassar District Office, the Makassar City Government. en_US
