This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence, work environment, and work morale partially and simultaneously toward the service quality of employees at the Water Resources Management Office of Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the service quality of employees at the Water Resources Management Office in Pinrang Regency.
The study approach is a survey approach that was conducted at the Water Resources Management Office of Pinrang Regency in October to November 2019.
This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of
the Water Resources Management Office of Pinrang Regency, as many as 70 people.
Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the
population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 70 people.
The data analysis used was a Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of competence, work environment, and work morale partially and simultaneously toward the service quality of employees of the Water Resources Management Office of Pinrang Regency (2) competence is the most dominant variable affecting the service quality of employees at Water Resources Management Office in Pinrang Regency.
