This study aims to determine how the influence of pedagogic competence, work environment and supervision of principals on teacher performance in elementary schools in Siboro sub-district in Mamuju.
This study uses quantitative research methods and in this study using respondents totaling 40 people using random sampling techniques / random samples. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to teachers who work in schools. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, which is operated through the SPSS 25 program.
The results of this study indicate that pedagogical competence has a partial effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, pedagogic competence, work environment and supervision of the principal simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher performance in elementary schools in the Simboro sub-district, Mamuju district.
