dc.description.abstract Wahyu Fadhyllah. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Commitment to Employee Performance of the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Board, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri. This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially leadership, motivation, and commitment to the performance of the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency employees (2) the simultaneous influence of leadership, motivation and commitment to the performance of the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency employees. (3) the most dominant variable influencing the Employee Performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Makassar City. This study was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Makassar City. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 46 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially leadership has no significant effect on the employee performance of the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This means that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance (2) partially motivation, has a significant effect on employee performance of the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This means that motivation is able to significantly increase employee performance (3) partially commitment has no significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (4) simultaneously Leadership, Motivation and Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Agency. Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management (5) partially shows that the motivation variable has a dominant influence on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, this indicates that the increasing employee work motivation will further increase the Employee Performance of the Financi al and Asset Management Agency, Makassar City Area. en_US
