Wardiah. 2020. The Effect of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of Investment and One Stop
Services, Pinrang Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation,
organizational culture and work environment partially and simultaneously as well as
the most dominant variables on employee performance at the Investment Agency and
One Stop Services, Pinrang Regency.
This research was conducted at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services, Pinrang Regency. The research period was October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Service, Pinrang Regency totaling 60 people. Sampling was done using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results showed that from the partial test (t test) work motivation variable, organizational culture has no effect on employee performance because the t value is smaller than the t table value while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the t value is greater than t table value. The simultaneous test results (F test) of the independent variable (x) which includes work motivation, organizational culture, work environment affect the dependent variable (y), namely the calculated F value is greater than the F table value. And the results of the Dominant test (Beta test) show that the work environment variable has the greatest influence on the performance of employees at the Investment Service and One Stop Services of Pinrang Regency. |
