This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence, work discipline and work ethic on the performance of ASN in the Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency of Selayar Islands Regency.
This study used a survey research method with a total of 57 respondents who were civil servants at the regional income and asset financial management agency of the Selayar Islands regency. This research was conducted starting in September 2020. This study used validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that partially, the human resource competency variable and the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on the ASN performance variable in the regional income and assets financial management agency of Selayar Islands Regency. while the work ethic variable had no effect on the ASN performance variable. The simultaneous test results show that the variables of HR competence, work discipline and work ethic simultaneously affect the performance of ASN. Based on the regression coefficient, work discipline is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of ASN in the regional income and asset financial management agency of Selayar Islands regency.
