This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Leadership, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline on Personnel Performance at the Satker Brimob Unit Polda Sul-Sel (2) the simultaneous influence of Leadership, Organizational Climate Work Discipline on Personnel Performance at the Satker Brimob Polda Unit SulSel (3) the most dominant variable affecting the Performance of Personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police.
This study was conducted on the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire population, namely as many as 50 people from the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Leadership, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Personnel Performance at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. This means that Leadership, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline are able to improve Personnel Performance at the South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit (2) Simultaneously Leadership, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline have a positive and significant impact on Personnel Performance at the South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit Satker (3) partially shows that the work discipline variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit Satker of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, this indicates that the better work discipline will further improve the performance of the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit Satker of the South Sulawesi Regional Police.
