dc.description.abstract Darmawati. 2020. The Effect of Human Capital and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance of the Investment and One Stop Services Office, Pinrang Regency, supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of human capital and job satisfaction toward employee performance at the Investment Service and One Stop Services, Pinrang Regency. This study approach uses survey study that conducted at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Service, Pinrang Regency. The research took approximately 2 (two) months. The population was the employees of the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services of Pinrang Regency as many as 60 respondents. The sample is determined by a saturated sampling technique (census), so that all populations are sampled. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of the questionnaire using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results show that partially, the t value of the human capital variable, namely 4.652> t table (2.070) with a significance level of 0.000. Based on the t value of the job satisfaction variable is 2,212> t table (2,070) with a significance level of 0.031. Simultaneously human capital and job satisfaction have an effect toward employee performance by 0.566 or 56.6% with an F value. The calculated F value is 39.499, the significant level of F is 0.000. en_US
