The Effect of Participatory Leadership Style, Work Compensation, Teacher Job Satisfaction on Junior High School Teacher Performance in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Anshar Daud. This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of the principal's participatory leadership style, job compensation and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, the performance of junior high school teachers in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. This study approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at junior high schools in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. When the research was conducted from December 2020 to February 2021. The study population was 152 junior high school teachers in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the sampling method, namely using proportional simple random sampling with the Stratified Solvin technique and obtained a sample of 60 teachers. The results show that (1) the participatory leadership style variable partially had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, which means that when the participatory leadership style was getting better, the performance of the teachers in junior high schools in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency was getting better (2) the work compensation variable was better Partial has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, which means that when work compensation is better received by the teachers, the performance of the teachers at SMP in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency is getting better too (3) the Job Satisfaction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance , which means that when job satisfaction is getting better, the performance of teachers in junior high schools in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency is getting better too (4) the variable participatory leadership style, job compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, which means when the leadership style Participatory leadership, job compensation and job satisfaction are simultaneously better, the better the teacher's performance will be. en_US
