dc.description.abstract Hendrawati. 2020. The Effect of Job Involvement, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Syamsul Alam and Andi Djalante. The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship and influence of the three variables on performance both partially and simultaneously and to identify the dominant influencing variable. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive analysis approach and multiple linear regression. The sample selection technique used a saturated sample with 76 respondents who were employees of the Disdukcapil of Selayar Islands Regency. The results showed that there were two variables that had a positive and significant effect on performance, namely job involvement and organizational culture, while job satisfaction had no significant effect. The simultaneous test results show that the three variables have a positive effect on performance simultaneously. Based on the regression coefficient, the dominant variable that affects performance is job involvement. en_US
