This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work culture and job satisfaction on the performance of ASN at the Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng
Regency either partially or simultaneously.
This study was conducted at the Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng Regency.
The research data was obtained through a survey on all employees who were in the
Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 38 people. Data were
collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study show that partially the leadership style and work culture do not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN at the Bantaeng sub-district office, Bantaeng district. Only Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on ASN Performance at the Bantaeng Sub-District Office,
Bantaeng Regency. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of Leadership Style,
Work Culture and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on ASN Performance at the Bantaeng Sub-District Office, Bantaeng Regency. The author
expects employees to maintain and improve their performance. In particular, employee
job satisfaction is one of the factors that can increase employee performance.
