This research aims to determine and analyze: the effect of training, incentives and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Daya Makassar Branch.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Daya Makassar Branch. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were deemed to meet the research criteria. When the research was conducted starting in February 2021. The study population was all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Daya Makassar Branch, amounting to 80 people. The sample selection in this study was determined by the formula Slovin n = 80/1, 8 = 44, 44 rounded off 50 people.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Training, incentives and work environment have a partially significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Daya Makassar (2) Training, incentives and work environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Daya Makassar (3) work environment is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Daya Makassar Branch.
