Zainal, 2020. The Effect of Work Spirit, Motivation, and Work Discipline toward the Work Productivity at the Regional Secretariat Office in Pinrang District, Supervised by Muhammad idris and Sylvia Sjarlis.
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of work morale, motivation, and work discipline toward the work productivityat the Regional Secretariat Office in Pinrang district.
The study method used is a quantitative approach. The total population was 87 respondents. The instrument used was multiple linear regression analysis with the support of SPSS version16.0.
The results of the study found that the work morale variable has a direct effect on the work productivity of employees by 0.182. Then the work motivation variable has a direct effect on employee work productivity 0.282, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity by 0.485. Work morale, motivation, and work discipline variables affect the work productivity by 55.3% from the three variables, it can be concluded that the work discipline variable is the most dominant variable affecting the work productivity of employees at the Regional Secretariat Office in Pinrang District with t count 5.501 with a significant level of 0.000.
