The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment toward the Employee Job Satisfaction at the Batulappa Sub-District Office, Pinrang Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Mukhtar Hamzah. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee job satisfaction at the Batulappa Sub-District Office in Pinrang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. This type of study was an associative explanative study that conducted in Pinrang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Batulappa Sub District Office in Pinrang Regency. The sample was obtained by using the census technique, namely taking the entire population of 50 employees. Data were analyzed use descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the description and the effect between variables. This study used three independent variables, namely transformational leadership (X1), work motivation (X2), and organizational commitment (X3), while the dependent variable was employee job satisfaction (Y). The results show (1) transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment have an effect toward the employee job satisfaction at the Batulappa Sub-District Office, Pinrang Regency. The results of regression analysis show that there is a significant effect between the independent variables, namely: transformational leadership (X1), work motivation (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) with the dependent variable, namely: employee job satisfaction (Y). The greatest effect exist at the work motivation variable (X2), namely 41.7%, followed by the organizational commitment variable (X3) at 25.7%, and the smallest is the transformational leadership variable (X1) at 21.1% (2) simultaneously there is a significant and positive effect between transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment toward the employee job satisfaction at the Batulappa Sub District Office in Pinrang Regency is 80.8%, while the remaining 19.2% is affected by other factors which are not the object of the study. en_US
