The Effect of Competence, Work Commitment, and Job Satisfaction toward the Staff Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency, supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Maryadi. This research aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence, work commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially toward the staff performance at the Financial and Regional Assets Agency of Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variables affect the performance of staff at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency in Majene. This type of research was a combination between qualitative and quantitative approach and used survey methods. This research was conducted at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency for 3 months. The population were all staff at the Finance and Regional Assets of Majene Regency with 40 staff. Data collection was applied using saturated sampling (census) techniques, where all populations were being sampled. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) there is an effect between competence, work commitment, and job satisfaction toward the staff performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency, with a tcount of 2.904> ttable 1.686, 2.073> ttable 1.686, and 1.788> ttable 1.686. From the result of the F test or simultaneous testing, Fcount is 30.777 greater than Ftable = 3.24. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable (X) of competency, work commitment, and job satisfaction variables simultaneously and significantly affect the staff performance at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency by 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% is affected by other variables that are not included in this research (2) competence (X1) is the most dominant variable affects the staff performance at the Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency. en_US
