The Effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Career Development on Employee Loyalty in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and career development partially and simultaneously on employee job loyalty at the General Work and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency (2) the most dominant variable influencing employee job loyalty in Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency. This research approach used survey research conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency from October 2019 to December 2019. The study population was all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency, totaling 96 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 96 employees. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially on job loyalty of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency, with t count = 4.333 and 4.478> t table = 1.990 (2) there are the positive and significant influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and career development simultaneously on job loyalty of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency, where F count = 35.144> F table = 2.84 (3) job satisfaction is the most dominant variable towards Job loyalty of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Maros Regency is seen from the value of determination, which is the biggest, which is 0.534. en_US
