This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially motivation, leadership and compensation on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous effect of motivation, leadership and compensation on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Regency, Mandar (3) the most dominant variable affects the Employee Performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using a saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 130 civil servants. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially motivation, leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that motivation and competence are able to improve the employee performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) simultaneously Motivation, leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) partially indicating that the motivation variable has a dominant
effect on staff performance of the Polewali Mandar District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, this shows that the better the motivation will further improve the performance of the Polewali Mandar Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service Employees.
