Supervised by Muhammad Idris and Andi Ririn Oktaviani. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a means of collecting research data. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture,education, and compensation on employee performance at the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency. The population used was all employees of the Office of Transportation in Takalar Regency who were the study population as many as 48 people. The sample in this study was determined based on technical saturation samples, so all populations were sampled. The data analysis method used to analyze the research data is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study are (1) Organizational culture, education, and compensation have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency. (2) Organizational culture, education, and compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Transportation Office of Takalar Regency. (3) Education is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Transportation Office of Takalar Regency. en_US
