This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a means of collecting research data. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, intrinsic motivation, coordination, and infrastructure on employee performance at the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency.
The population used was all employees of the Office of Transportation in Takalar Regency who were the study population as many as 48 people. The sample in this study was determined based on technical saturation samples, so all populations were sampled. The data analysis method used to analyze the research data is multiple linear regression analysis.
The findings of this study are (1) Competence, intrinsic motivation, coordination, and facilities & infrastructure have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation in Takalar Regency. (2) Competence, intrinsic motivation, coordination, and facilities & infrastructure have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Transportation Office of Takalar Regency. (3) Competence is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Transportation Office of Takalar Regency.
