dc.description.abstract ST. NURCAHAYA. 2021. "The Effect of Organizational Culture, Communication and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of State Civil Servants at State Senior High Schools in Bantaeng Regency". (Supervised by H. Saban Echdar and M. Salim S.). This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture on performance, the effect of communication on performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the State Senior High Schools of Bantaeng Regency. As well as to analyze the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bantaeng Regency State Senior High School. This research was conducted with a descriptive approach where it was carried out by holding correlational descriptions to provide a clearer picture of the situations that occurred. This research was carried out on the State Civil Servant (teacher) of the Bantaeng Regency State Senior High School. The population is 190 people. The number of samples was determined by proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained 129 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using spss. The results showed that variable Organizational Culture (X1) has no positive and significant effect on performance (Y). variable communication (X2) has no positive and significant effect on performance (Y). variable Job Satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). The independent variable that has the most dominant effect on the Performance variable (Y) is the Job Satisfaction Variable (X3). en_US
