The study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of the work environment, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of the employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office Service of Majene Regency (2) the dominant variables influencing the work productivity of employees at the Population Control Service and Majene District Family Planning.
The study was conducted at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Majene Regency from October to November 2019. This research used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Departement of Population Control and Family Planning. Majene Regency, as many as 41 people.
Sampling in this study, using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the
population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 41 people.
The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that: (1) there is an influence of work environment, compensation and work discipline partially on the work productivity of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Majene Regency, where the value of t tcount> t table and there is an influence of work environment, compensation and work discipline simultaneously on the work productivity of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Majene Regency, the results of the F test or testing simultaneously show that Fcount is 37.974, greater
than F table = 2.86 (2) and the work discipline variable (X1) is the most significant
factor, dominant influencingon on the work productivity of the employees of the
Population Control and Family Planning Department of Majene Regency. |
