This research is an ex post facto research which aims to determine the effect of academic supervision, pedagogic competence, and teacher performance toward the work performance of public elementary school teachers in Banggae district, Majene regency.
The population in this research was SD Negeri in Banggae District, Majene Regency with a total sample of 69 teachers who were taken using a saturated sampling technique (census). Data were collected using four instruments, namely Academic Supervision, Pedagogical Competence, Teacher Performance and Teacher Work Achievement. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS statistical program.
The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that Academic Supervision, Pedagogic Competence, Teacher Performance and Work Achievement of Public Elementary School Teachers in Banggae District, Majene Regency, show positive results for each indicator on the variable.
The results of the regression analysis show that academic supervision has a positive
and significant effect on teacher work performance of 0.290. Pedagogic competence also has a positive and significant effect on teacher work performance of 0.252 and teacher performance also shows a positive and significant effect on teacher work performance of 0.418.
