NURSYANTI. 2021.The Effect of Ability, Responsibility and Work Spirit on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bissappu District within the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of ability on teacher performance, the effect of responsibility on teacher performance, the effect of morale on the performance of teachers at SMP Bissappu District in the scope of the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. Than to analyze the variable that most dominantly effects the performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bissappu Subdistrict in the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. This research was conducted with a descriptive approach where it was carried out by holding correlational descriptions to provide a clearer picture of the situations that occurred. This research was conducted on teachers at junior high schools in Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency. The total population is 111 people. Because the population was not large, it was decided to take the entire population as a sample of respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using spss. The Research Results Show that there is no positive and significant effect between ability (X1) on performance (Y). there is a positive and significant effect between responsibility (X2) on performance (Y) c). there is a positive and significant effect between morale (X3) on performance (Y). The independent variable that most dominantly effects the Performance variable (Y) is the Morale Variable (X3).
