PENGARUH KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONIL PADA KANTOR DIREKTORAT POLAIRUD POLDA SULSEL

Abstract

Safril. 2020. The Effect of Quality of Human Resources toward the Personnel Performance at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda South Sulawesi, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of knowledge, skills, and attitudes partially on the performance of personnel at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda Sulawesi Selatan (2) the effect of knowledge, skills, and attitudes simultaneously on the performance of personnel at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda of South Sulawesi (3) the most dominant variable affecting the performance of personnel at the Polairud Polda South Sulawesi office. The study was conducted at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda South Sulawesi. This research is a quantitative study and the sample was determined by a saturated sampling technique (census) as many as 200 personnel. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) knowledge, skills, and attitudes partially influence the performance of personnel at the Polairud Polda South Sulawesi office. This means that knowledge, skills and attitudes can improve the performance of personnel at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda South Sulawesi (2) knowledge, skills and attitudes simultaneously influence the performance of personnel at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda South Sulawesi. This means that knowledge, skills and attitudes can improve the performance of personnel at the Office of the Directorate of Polairud Polda South Sulawesi (3) the skill is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of personnel at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Office of the Directorate of Polairud.
