Abstract:
Syafaruddin. 2020. Analysis of The Effect of Work Culture, Compensation and, Job Satisfaction toward ASN (Civil Servant Employee) Performance at the Investment, One Stop Integrated Service and Workforce Office in Barru Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Asri.
This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of work culture, compensation, and job satisfaction partially toward the performance of ASN at the Investment, One-Stop Integrated Services and Workforce Office of Barru Regency (2) analyze the effect of work culture, compensation, and job satisfaction simultaneously toward the performance of ASN at the Investment, One Stop Integrated Service Office in Barru Regency.
The sample of this study used a saturated sample in which samples were taken from all populations, namely the entire ASN who worked at the Office of Investment, One Stop Integrated Services and Barru District Workers as many as 55 people consisting of 28 civil servants and 27 contract / honorary staff.
The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work culture has a significant effect on ASN performance with a t count of 2.971 with sig.0.005, compensation has a significant effect on ASN performance with a t count of 2.068 with sig.0.044, job satisfaction has a significant effect on ASN performance with a t count of 4.278 with sig.0,000 (2) while
simultaneously, work culture, compensation, and job satisfaction also affect the ASN performance of 72.1% (adjusted r square = 0.721). The partial correlation of work culture was 0.363, the partial correlation was 0.167 compensation and the partial correlation of job satisfaction was 0.503, which meant that job satisfaction had a greater influence on the ASN performance of the Office of Investment, One Stop Integrated Services
and Barru District Workers.
