The Effect of Motivation, Welfare, and Work Spirit toward the Personnel Performance at the Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate in South Sulawesi, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia Sjahrlis. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of motivation, welfare and work morale partially on the performance of personnel at the South Sulawesi Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (2) the effect of motivation, welfare and work morale simultaneously on the performance of personnel at the Sulawesi Regional Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate. South (3) the most dominant variable influencing the performance of personnel at the South Sulawesi Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate. The sample was determined by using saturated sampling technique (census) as many as 156 personnel. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) partially, motivation, welfare and morale had an effect on the performance of personnel at the South Sulawesi Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate. This means that the better the motivation, welfare, and morale of work, the better the performance of personnel at the South Sulawesi Police Special Criminal Research Directorate (2) simultaneously shows that the variables of motivation, welfare and work morale affect the performance of personnel at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police. South Sulawesi, which means that increased motivation, welfare, and morale will affect personnel performance improvement (3) motivation is the variable that has the most dominant influence on personnel performance, this indicates that the higher motivation, it will directly affect the performance of personnel in South Sulawesi Regional Police's Special Criminal Investigation Directorate. en_US
