This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of compensation, competence and discipline partially toward the work productivity of the South Sulawesi Police Air and Water Police Directorate (2) the simultaneous effect of compensation, competence and discipline toward the work productivity of the personnel of the Directorate of Air and Air Police of the South Sulawesi Regional Police (3) the most dominant variable affecting the work productivity of the personnel of the Directorate of Water and Air Police of the South Sulawesi Regional Police.
This study was conducted at the Directorate of Water and Air Police of Regional Police of South Sulawesi. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used was a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially, compensation, competence and discipline have an effect toward the work productivity of the personnel of the Directorate of Air and Water Police of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. This means that the effect of compensation, competence and discipline will partially affect the work productivity of personnel (2) showing that the compensation variable has a dominant effect on work productivity, this indicates that the compensation given to personnel will further increase the work productivity of personnel at the Police Directorate of Water and Air Police.
