PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI, KOMPETENSI DAN LITERASI DIGITAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA UPT SD NEGERI 1 KEPULAUAN SELAYAR

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, competence and digital literacy toward teacher performance at UPT SD Negeri 1, Selayar Islands. The research sample consisted of 37 teaching staff at SD Negeri 1, Selayar Islands. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the organizational climate variable had no effect on teacher performance. Competency and digital literacy variables have an effect on teacher performance. The competency variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on teacher performance.
