The Effect of Education, Work Facilities, and Leadership Policies toward Employee Performance at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to analyze the effect of education, work facilities, and leadership policies toward employee performance at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Selayar Islands Regency. This study is a quantitative study using a survey method with a total of 77 respondents who are civil servants at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Selayar Islands Regency. This study was conducted in September 2020. This study used validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially, the variables of education and work facilities have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance variables at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Selayar Islands Regency, while the leadership policy variable has no effect toward employee performance variables. However, the simultaneous test results show that the variables of education, work facilities, and leadership policies simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance. Based on the regression coefficient, education is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. en_US
