dc.description.abstract Diana. 2020. The Effect of Work Discipline, Work Stress and Work Motivation toward Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and M.Salim Sultan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work stress and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency. This study approach uses survey research.This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency.The study population was all 56 employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 56 employees. The results show that (1) there is a significant effect between work disciplines on employee performance with the result of the regression analysis with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 and t count of 0.3982 greater than t table 2.006 (2) there is no significant effect between work stress on employee performance with the result of regression analysis, a significance level of 0.320 is greater than 0.05 and t count of 1.004 is smaller than t table 2.006 (3) there is no significant effect between work motivation on employee performance with the result of regression analysis significance level of 0.359 is greater than 0.05 and the t count of 0.925 is smaller than the t table 2.006 (4) the results of the ANOVA test or F test show that the calculated F value of 7.504 is greater than the F table, namely 2.78 or 7.504 > 2.78 with a probability of 0.000. Because the probability value is much smaller than 0.05, work discipline, work stress and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency. en_US
