dc.description.abstract Eka Tresnaningsih. 2021. The Effect of Information Systems and Competence toward the Employee Performance Mediated by Organizational Culture at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Nurdin Brasit and Muhammad Hidayat. This study aims to determine the effect of information systems and competencies on employee performance mediated by the organizational culture at the Bantaeng District Development Planning Agency. The object of study is at Bantaeng Regency Regional Development Planning Agency with a total of 32 questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect between information systems and organizational culture (2) there is a positive but insignificant effect between competence and organizational culture (3) there is a positive and significant effect between information systems toward employee performance mediated by culture organization (4) there is a positive and significant effect between competence toward employee performance mediated by organizational culture. The researcher suggested that pay attention to organizational culture so that it can suppress the use of information systems that are increasingly advanced according to the provisions of their use only and those who are competent should pay attention to organizational culture. The implementation of a good organizational culture can create optimal performance. The progress of information systems should be accompanied by the implementation of organizational culture to improve the performance of employees and competent employees should pay attention to the implementation of organizational culture to improve their performance. For further research, the researcher expected to add other variables that have been studied. en_US
