Hermanto. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Competence on Teacher
Performance at SDN Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency, supervised by Muhammad

This study aims to test and analyze (1) the partial effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on the performance of SDN teachers in Mamasa subdistrict, Mamasa district (2) The simultaneous effect of leadership, motivation and competence on teacher performance at SDN Mamasa district, Mamasa district the most dominant influence on
the Teacher Performance of SDN Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency.
This study was conducted at SDN Teachers in Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. Sampling in this study is a saturated sample, by determining the entire population, namely 50 teachers. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially leadership, motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on the Teacher Performance of SDN Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. This means that increased Leadership, Motivation and Competence are able to improve Teacher Performance at SDN Mamasa District,
Mamasa Regency (2) simultaneously shows that competency (X1), compensation (X2),
and motivation (X3) variables affect the Performance of SDN Teachers in Mamasa
District, Mamasa Regency (Y) which means that increased leadership, motivation and
competence can improve the performance of teachers at SDN Mamasa District, Mamasa
Regency (3) partially shows that the competency variable has a dominant effect on
teacher performance, this indicates that the higher the competence, the higher the
