Nuraeni. 2021. The Effect of Competence, Compensation, and Motivation on the Teaching Effectiveness of Teachers at the Pangkep State Madrasah Tsanawiah (MTsN), supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to test and analyze (1) the effect of competence, compensation and motivation partially on the Teaching Effectiveness of Teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri (MTsN) Pangkep. Pangkep (3) the most dominant variable influencing the Teaching Effectiveness of the Teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri (MTsN) Pangkep.
This research was conducted at Pangkep State Madrasah Tsanawiah (MTsN) teachers. Sampling in this study is saturated sample, by determining the entire population, namely 33 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially competence, compensation and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the Teaching Effectiveness of Teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri (MTsN) Pangkep. This means that increasing competence, compensation and motivation can increase the Teaching Effectiveness of
Pangkep State Madrasah Teachers (MTsN) (2) simultaneously shows that the competency (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3) variables affect the Teaching Effectiveness of Madrasah Teachers. Tsanawiah Negeri (MTsN) Pangkep (Y) which means that increased competence, compensation and motivation can increase the Teaching Effectiveness of Teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri (MTsN) Pangkep (3) partially shows that competency variables have a dominant influence on employee performance, this shows that the more high competence will further increase the Teaching Effectiveness of Pangkep State Madrasah Teachers (MTsN). |
